On Thursday, May 9th, AMBA held our first ever Annual General Meeting where we provided an update on mountain biking on the east coast of Newfoundland. Since starting back up in 2018, AMBA has progressed steadily, now with more strategic direction than ever before, and with a number of major infrastructure projects on the horizon. With this in mind, we knew the time had come to hold our first annual AGM.
Thanks to those in our community who came out to support and discuss mountain biking on the Avalon Peninsula of Newfoundland and Labrador. We're very excited for what lies ahead.
We're like to welcome four new directors to our board, as well as acknowledge the invaluable work of those who've been part of our board previously.
New board members elected:
Fil Potempski (Director)
Ethan Terris (Secretary)
Carter Stratton (Director)
Mark Duff (Director)
Directors left their positions during the past year:
Andrew Coady
Niamh Redmond
Adam Hodder
If you missed last night's meeting, below you'll find our presentation. Don't hesitate to reach out to info@ambanl.ca if you have any questions about what you'll find within it
See you on the trails!
